Details

This Plan offers investors two possible routes to earn a return:

If the Recall Feature is triggered, investors will receive a fixed lump-sum return equal to 7.55% for each year that's passed since the Start Date and the Plan will end early.
If the Recall Feature is not triggered, investors will receive a fixed lump-sum return of 75.50% (equal to 7.55% for each year) at the end of the 10-year term.

What is the Recall Feature?

Each year during the term from the second year onwards, the Issuer has the discretion to end the Plan Early (the Recall Feature). If they do this, the Plan will automatically close and investors will be repaid their Amount Invested plus a lump-sum return payment.
