Our Terms of Business and Due Diligence Questionnaire can be accessed online here. This can only be signed on our digital portal once your company has been registered on the portal. It only takes 15 minutes to register, and you'll need your firm's FCA number and Companies House number to hand.
We have created an online portal to apply for any of our plans. You can either use the 'APPLY ONLINE' button that appears next to the plan details on our website, or you can submit an application via our portal here.
If you would prefer to submit paper-based applications, please use the 'PDF APPLICATION FORMS' link that appears next to the plan details on our website instead. The PDF includes instructions on where completed forms should be sent.

If you are sending a cheque, this should be made payable to Dura Capital Limited. Please note the deadline for cheque payments and applications is 7 days before the official close date for any of our plans, to allow us enough time to process the cheque.
We have decided to be a digital business and limit our use of printed materials where possible. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to provide you with printed literature for your clients. If you want to discuss, please contact us.
We include a link to the Base Prospectus of the Issuer within the plan details on our website (simply follow the link that says 'View Prospectus'.
Unfortunately we cannot accept APS requests into our plans. For further details on APS, please visit www.hmrc.co.uk.
Any complaint about any aspect of our plans or service should be made to Dura Capital, PO Box 1233, AL1 9HU (telephone 0330 678 1111).
If your client's complaint is not dealt with to their satisfaction, they can complain to the Investment Division of the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange Square, London E14 9SR.
Making a complaint will not prejudice their right to take legal proceedings.
