Details

Each month during the term (on the 'Income Dates'), investors will receive income of 0.835% if the Nikkei 225 closes at or above 75% of its Start Level.

This plan will also mature early (kick out) on annual dates from the first year onwards, if the Nikkei 225 closes at or above 100% of its Start Level.

If the Plan matures early, capital is repaid in full. However if the Plan continues for the full term, capital is at risk:

If the Index closes at or above 75% of its Start Level at maturity, investors receive the final income payment and the Amount Invested is repaid in full
If the Index closes at or above 65% of its Start Level at maturity, there is no final income payment but the Amount Invested is repaid in full
If the Index closes below 65% of its Start Level at maturity, there is no final income payment and investors will make a loss. They will lose 1% for every 1% fall in the index from its Start Level.
