Details There are set dates during the term (every three months, from the end of the first year onwards) when investors might receive a return. If all three stocks (Nvidia, Alphabet and Amazon.com) close at or above a reducing percentage of their Start Levels on one of these dates, the Plan will mature early and repay the Amount Invested, together with a fixed return equal to 15% for each year that has passed since the Start Date (not compounded).
If there is no early maturity, there are two possible outcomes at maturity:
  • If all three stocks close at or above 50% of their Start Levels at maturity, investors receive a fixed return of 75% and the Amount Invested is repaid in full.
  • If any of the stocks close below 50% of their Start Levels at maturity, investors will make a loss. They will lose 1% for every 1% fall in the worst-performing stock from its Start Level.
