| Details | At the end of the term, investors will receive a lump sum return of 42% if all three of the Underlying Shares (Microsoft, Alphabet and Amazon.com) close at or above 50% of their Start Levels. If at least one Underlying Share closes below 50% of its Start Level at maturity, there is no return and investors will make a loss. They will lose 1% for every 1% fall in the worst performing Underlying Share from its Start Level. |
