| Description | Each month during the term (on the 'Income Dates'), investors will receive income of 0.71% if both the S&P 500 and EURO STOXX 50 close at or above 80% of their Start Levels. This plan will also mature early (kick out) on annual dates from the second year onwards, if the S&P 500 and EURO STOXX 50 close at or above 100% of their Start Levels. If the Plan matures early, capital is repaid in full. However if the Plan continues for the full term, capital is at risk:
