Terms and Conditions of the prize draw

Our Easter egg hunt is open to anyone, but only UK-based financial advisers and paraplanners are eligible to enter the prize draw. Entry to the prize draw will close on 6th April 2026. Any entries received after the 6th April 2026 will not be eligible. All entries are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by hop Investing Ltd ('hop').
3. You must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK to be eligible for the prize draw.
4. By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
7. All entries must be received by midnight on 6th April 2026 to be eligible. Any entries received after then will not be included in the draw.
8. hop will not accept responsibility if you provide incorrect or incomplete contact details.
9. The prizes will be an iPad, an Easter hamper, and 10 mugs/chocolate bars, delivered to a valid UK address. Our use of particular brands does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
10. The winners will be drawn at random.
11. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
12. We reserve the right to substitute the prizes with other prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
13. The decision of hop regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
14. The winner will be notified after the 6th April 2026 via the email provided on the entry form.
15. hop will attempt to contact the winner by email two times. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email, they will lose their right to that prize and hop reserves the right to choose and notify another winner.
16. You consent to any personal information you provide in the prize draw entry form being used by hop for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy policy.
17. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via hop.
18. hop does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
19. hop reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
20. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
