Glyn Richards, Sales Director
Glyn has over 15 years' experience in the financial services sector. He started life on a graduate accountancy scheme but due to the fast-paced nature of audit, he decided after a couple of years to jump into investment banking. During his time in banking, he worked at Santander Global Markets and Investec Structured Products helping to build out award winning businesses. Notably at Investec Structured Products, where he spent over a decade as part of the team that developed the largest distributor of retail structured products in the UK, winning multiple awards both in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Within the structured product field, he has experience of not only delivering product into the UK market but also in developing distribution channels into Europe and South Africa and has experience dealing with clients ranging from large institutions through to advisory in the retail sector. Throughout his career, he has built up product knowledge and experience covering equity derivatives, credit, and fixed income.
